Check In With McConnell

I had my one year update with McConnell today. I met with Joanne, the dietician, and had a good talk. She was very happy that I've managed to keep off the weight I'd lost during my time at McConnell, and that I've managed to keep my diet steady. All in all, it was a very good meeting.
