My Dietician Would Be Disappointed

I deliberately went out of my way to stress eat today. I sort of feel better. I just have a belly ache from eating so much...

Sometimes you just have to do it. You get into a funk and the only way out is to eat some. At one point my miracle mood lifter was corn chips and peach mango salsa.
