Check-In With McConnell - 3/15

Another milestone today. Today, being a McConnell update, I had my "official" weigh in. I'm always sure to wear the same things: undergarments, jeans, t-shirt, socks and shoes, no belt or other accoutrements. The very first time I weighed in in such a manner, I weighed 234. Today, I finally reached 199. Weight wise, today was a very good day :)
