I was a good boy. I was helpful. And for being so good and helpful, I got a $50 gift certificate to McCormick & Schmick's. That covered two meals, two salads and one desert (no beverages, we stuck with water). We're a very happy couple tonight :)
For the record, I won a "Catch Your Co-Worker Doing Something Nice" thingy at work. The "nice" thing I did was to clean out and refill the coffee pots every morning. There's no sink in the office, so I had to go fetch the water from elsewhere, which evidently qualifies as "above and beyond" in my workplace.
