I had my annual update with McConnell. They were very pleased. I've maintained my weight loss from last year, maintained my "belly size" and although my cholesterol was a bit higher, they were surprised to see that I had dropped my cholesterol dose to a quarter of what it was last year (cholesterol is still well within normal, BTW). They were pretty impressed that I've maintained my diet as well as I have. So, all in all, a good checkup.
