Our friend, Xabu, was in the area and came over for dinner, so we tried something new (well at least for us)... salmon cakes! (Yes, Piglet, we ate at home for a change). Our local butcher had them on sale this week, and since we're trying to figure out of we like seafood, we thought we'd try them (Xabu and Piglet like seafood plenty). Turns out they were pretty yummy, so we might have to have them again someday.
