Old Bag o' Nails

I love Bag o' Nails. Probably more than I should. They have the absolute best fish and chips I've ever had.

Today was another "low intensity workout" day. I got in 30 minutes each on the recumbent bike and treadmill, but kept my heart rate between 125 and 140. It felt a little more comfortable today than Tuesday, so maybe there is something to this yet...

Diet Update

Breakfast 11/17:

  • South Beach bar
  • banana
  • 8 oz light yogurt
  • 12 oz milk
  • 30 oz water
  • 20 oz coffee

I had 32 oz water between breakfast and lunch

Lunch 11/17:

  • Ham (3 oz) & colby (1 oz) on wheat w/ mustard
  • 3 oz carrots
  • 6 oz salad w/ 2 tbsp fat free raspberry vinagrette
  • 4 oz pineapple (fresh, yum)
  • 32 oz water

Afternoon Snack 11/17:

  • 3 oz celery

Dinner 11/17:

  • 10 oz salad
  • 3 oz cole slaw
  • 6 oz fried fish
  • 6 oz fries
  • 30 oz water
