Ugh. Ouch.
We were warned during water aerobics to make sure we got our heels down while exercising, or we'd end up with sore calves. So, I made sure I did.
Or so I thought...
Ouch.

| El Tapatio (chicken and chorizo) w/ "mexican salad" and mexican rice |
| small salad (~4 oz) w/ no dressing (none was offered, odd) |
| chips and salsa |
| 40 oz iced tea |
