Water Aerobics - The Day After

Ugh. Ouch.

We were warned during water aerobics to make sure we got our heels down while exercising, or we'd end up with sore calves. So, I made sure I did.

Or so I thought...

Ouch.

Diet Update

Breakfast 1/13:
South Beach bar
12 oz milk
40 oz water
40 oz coffee
Lunch 1/13:
16 oz salad w/ 2 tbsp bleu cheese dressing
6 oz grapes
32 oz water

Dinner 1/13 (Las Margaritas):
El Tapatio (chicken and chorizo) w/ "mexican salad" and mexican rice
small salad (~4 oz) w/ no dressing (none was offered, odd)
chips and salsa
40 oz iced tea
