Slow Day

Not a lot happening today. Another longish day at work, but I was faithful to my exercising before going in. Check-in with McConnell tomorrow morning....

Diet Update

Breakfast :
South Beach bar
8 oz light yogurt
1 banana
12 oz milk
62 oz water
20 oz coffee

I had 14 oz tea between breakfast and lunch.

Lunch :
Hard salami (3 oz) and provolone (1 oz) on white bread w/ mustard
10 oz salad w/o dressing
1 banana
32 oz water
14 oz tea

Dinner :
Pork chop (4 oz) w/ gravy over buttered noodles (4 oz)
10 oz salad w/o dressing
12 oz water

A few notes:

  • I'm eating less meat at lunch, partly because hard salami is fattier than other meats that I regularly eat, and partly because the meat is cut so thin, I'd have to put an insane number of slices on my sammich. Too much work.
  • I'm eating 10 oz salad at a time because I'm lazy. I need around 9 oz veggie per meal, and my salad comes in 10 oz bags.
