Homeward bound today after a great visit with Carl and Sally. Once home, nothing to do but sit around watching football (Amy's idea) and allowing Amy to make me a great dinner. Can't beat it. Life is good :)
Not going to the gym tomorrow, I have a doctor appointment early. If it's not cold or rainy, I may walk tomorrow evening.
