Fighting the Losing Fight

I'm up in NE OH again for the evening, visiting friends. Ordinarily, that means an evening of pizza and cheesy bread, but for this soldier waging his personal war against his cholestorol-laden butt, it meant lots of veggies and only a little pizza. Ah, war is hell...

Diet Update

Breakfast 1/21:
"Potato flip" (9 oz potato, 1 oz bacon and cheese)
8 oz water
24 oz coffee

Lunch 1/21:
Hard salami (2 oz) and provolone (1 oz) on white bread w/ mustard
12 oz salad w/ fat free raspberry vinagrette
apple
12 oz water

I had 20 oz coffee on the way to NE OH.

Dinner 1/21:
2 slices pizza (about 1/4 of a 12" pie, with 1 slice pepperoni, on slice carnivore special)
12 oz salad w/ 2 tbsp ranch dressing
6 oz carrots
apple
20 oz coffee
40 oz water

I had some wine with my hosts in the evening before bed.
