I can't believe I ate the whole thing. The veggie tray, that is. I ate lots of veggies. Lots. Tons. Hoo-boy.
I can't believe I drank the whole thing. Lots of wine. Tons. Lots. Varying flavors, textures, aromas. All of it wonderful. Hoo-boy.
But, on the whole I was pretty good. I didn't overeat on any of the "less good stuff," and as for all the wine, we partied here at the Riverside Inn, where we spent the night.

1 small piece of a chicken burrito-ish thing (about 1/6 of the meal) from Mariachi Loco's |
about 1/4 c rice and 4 small pieces of sweet and sour chicken |
40-50 oz water |
Evening Snack 12/31: |
more veggies than I remember (conservative estimate around a pound of veggies) |
~20 mini white tortilla chips w/ 1 tbsp queso |
1 piece brownie biscotti |
~1/3 c mocha gelato |
lots of wine (whites, reds, fruits, bubbly, you name it, we drank it) |
