Somewhere along the line, I have learned a bad habit. I learned how to turn off my alarm while sleeping. It's actually kind of hard, because the button is very small, but this morning, I managed to turn off both alarms without waking up. It wasn't until Amy's alarm went off over an hour later that I finally woke up, far too late to work out.

| 3 oz salad w/ ginger dressing |
| 1 c soup (whatever kind of soup they serve, it's just broth and mushrooms) |
| 6 oz chicken and filet mignon |
| 3 oz veggies |
| 1 c rice |
| 30 oz iced tea |
