My Poor, Sore...

Of all things that could possibly be hurting today after doing water aerobics yesterday, where do you think I'm feeling pain today?

  2. My thighs
  3. My hamstrings
  4. Upper body
  5. None of the above

The correct answer is 5. My butt hurts. Seriously. It's kinda painful sitting all day...

Diet Update

Breakfast 1/20:
South Beach bar
8 oz light yogurt
apple
12 oz milk
62 oz water
20 oz coffee

Lunch 1/20:
Turkey and Bacon (5 oz) with american (1 oz) on ciabatta w/ mustard
12 oz salad w/ fat free french
3 oz carrots
32 oz water

Afternoon Snack 1/20:
6 oz grapes
20 oz coffee

Dinner 1/20:
3 oz ham
~1 c mac and cheese
4 oz green beans (sauteed w/ onions and garlic, mmmmmmmmmmm.......)
24 oz water
