Diet and Exercise Updates

Breakfast:
1 apple
8 0z yogurt
22 oz water

(I'm going to see how the day goes without coffee.)

Exercise:
This morning, I did my resistance circuit, plus 30 mins on the recombinant bike (hr ~145).

Got up at 5AM to start the day. Gonna try it again tomorrow, the gym doesn't seem so busy that early in the morning.
