Removing Temptation

I was able to get rid of some of my temptation today. I took a big plate of cookies, lovingly prepared by my lovely wife, to work today.

One of the things I love about my workplace is the cafeteria on premises. It's got a sammich bar, a grill, pizza, a daily special or two, a sizeable salad bar, a soup bar, drinks, fruit and more. So, even though I forgot my lunch, I was still able to get something good and good for me without leaving the building.

I did the same routine on the recumbent bike and treadmill as I did yesterday. I still feel pretty good, so I'll keep at it.

Diet Update

Breakfast 12/13:
South Beach bar
8 oz light yogurt
4 oz grapes
12 oz milk
30 oz water
20 oz coffee

I had 32 oz water between meals

Lunch 12/13:
12 oz salad w/ bleu cheese dressing
4 oz pineapple
32 oz water

Dinner 12/13:
1.5 c spaghetti w/ 3 oz meatballs and home-made tomato sauce
6 oz salad, 3 oz mixed veg with fat free italian dressing
12 oz water
