Check-In with McConnell - 12/7

Had my weekly check-in with McConnell today. I talked with a new (to me) exercise physiologist about my recent experiences, and she suggested I try swimming or walking laps in the pool. May have to try that...

Also, as luck would have it, the aerobics instructor found me today. I told her that I may end up coming back sometime in the future, and she told me that she's going to be holding water aerobics classes starting in January. I told her to remind me closer to the time it's going to start, and I'll bring my trunks.

Oh yeah, the rest of my check-in went fine...

My knees only wanted to do 30 minutes on a very low setting on the recumbent, at a very slow speed. I didn't even try the treadmill today, but I probably will try tomorrow.

Diet Update

Breakfast 12/7:
South Beach bar
8 oz light yogurt
2 clementines
12 oz milk
22 oz water
28 oz Earl Grey

Lunch 12/7:
6 oz salad w/ 3 oz beef and fat free rasp vinagrette
3 oz carrots
2 clementines
32 oz water

Afternoon Snack 12/7:
3 oz carrots
32 oz water
14 oz Earl Grey

Dinner 12/7:
4 oz Butterball turkey kielbasa
1 c Near East olive oil and garlic couscous
6 oz salad w/ 2 tbsp ranch
3 oz carrots
1 clementine
12 oz water

I'll probably have a cup of tea, because it's freezing in here!
