By popular demand (OK, my friend Ken suggested I do it), I've created feeds for the site, an Atom feed and a RSS. If you're a feed-type person, you can find links to the feed to the right. I have now officially joined the 21st century.
No exercise today. I woke up with soreness in my middle back, so I slept in. Still not feeling all that great, though it's nowhere near as tight as it was this morning...
No update tomorrow, as Amy and I are heading to Massillon.
Diet Update
Breakfast 12/2:
- South Beach bar
- 1 clementine
- 1.5 oz red grapes
- 8 oz light yogurt
- 12 oz milk
- 8 oz water
- 20 oz coffee
Lunch 12/2:
- 6 oz salad w/ 2 oz turkey and rasp. vinagrette
- 3 oz carrots
- 3 oz grapes
- 32 oz water
Afternoon Snack 12/2:
- 3 oz carrots
- 20 oz coffee
- 8 oz water
Dinner 12/2 (Bravo):
- Chicken Milanese Pomodoro (I only ate about 1/2 the pasta, they gave me waaaaaay too much...)
- Small Bravo Chopped Salad
- 16 oz peach iced tea

Off to Massillon- Go Tigers! Beat St. Xavier... State Championship game Sat night! It would be so nice to change the signs to 23 times state champ!
