Breaking a Sweat

I was able to do a full hour of exercising this morning, though my knees are pretty sore for the effort. I did 30 minutes on both the recumbent bike and treadmill, and on both, I started low and worked my way up as I as able to tolerate more resistance/speed. I finally broke a sweat, so I'll consider that an accomplishment.

Heading to northeast Ohio tomorrow, so my update may be pretty late.

Diet Update

Breakfast 12/9:
South Beach bar
12 oz milk
30 oz water
20 oz coffee

Morning Snack 12/9:
8 oz light yogurt
1 clementine

Lunch 12/9:
Roast beast (4 oz) and cheddar (2 oz) on white bread w/ 3 oz roasted red pepper(grilled, panini-style, mmmmmmmmm)
32 oz water
20 oz coffee

Dinner 12/9 (Damon's):
Side salad (~4 oz) w/ bleu cheese dressing on the side
1/2 c cole slaw
1/2 Prime Rib sammich
30 oz iced tea

Evening Snack 12/9:
glass of wine (Funky Llama Shiraz, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm)
