Check-In with McConnell - 12/14

I had my check-in with McConnell today. It went pretty well. The dietician told me that I'm not eating enough! She says that could be why my weight loss has levelled out a bit. Apparently, once you've established a routine, your metabolism will just sort of adjust and you won't keep losing weight. The dietician told me that by upping my caloric intake a little, that might jump start my metabolism again. OK, I'll give it a try.

I did my strength training today, as well as the recumbent bike, but I had to cut the treadmill short. I kind of over extended myself on the recumbent bike. Oops...

Diet Update

Breakfast 12/14:
South Beach bar
8 oz light yogurt
2 clementines
12 oz milk
30 oz water
20 oz coffee

Lunch 12/14:
Roast beast (3 oz) and colby jack (1 oz) on potato bread w/ mustard
6 oz salad w/ fat free raspberry vinagrette
3 oz carrots
2 clementines
32 oz water

Afternoon Snack 12/14:
3 oz carrots
32 oz water

Dinner 12/14:
Chicken (3 oz) and stuffing (1 c cooked) in creamy chicken sauce
6 oz salad w/ fat free italian
3 oz carrots
12 oz water

And I had a molassess cookie for dessert :)
