Another slow day in Helselville. Again, I was too lazy to hit the gym. Who knows how my weigh-in tomorrow will look...

1/4 c (dry) pinhead oats w/ 1/4 c milk and 1/3 c dried fruit |

Lunch 12/18 (Ted's Montana Grill): |
Spikebox Bison Burger (I left about 1/4 uneaten) |
House Salad w/ bleu cheese dressing on the side (I left off the bacon and picked around the croutons) |
1 c cream of tomato soup |
1/2 c green beans |
24 oz iced tea |
Dinner 12/18 (leftovers): |
2 slices pizza (10" pie) w/ pepperoni and sausage (from Papa John's) |
6 oz salad w/ fat free italian |
3 oz carrots |
28 oz water |
Again, I'll probably have a cup or so of tea, since it's cold out...
