Back home today. Amy was out with the girlz, so I was on my own for lunch and dinner. My friend, Sally, provided breakfast for me (thanks Carl and Sally for lettingme crash at your place yet again).
Back to the gym tomorrow morning. Hopefully I'll be back up to full speed.

I had a piece of buttered potato bread later in the evening, and another 24 oz water.
