Recuperation...

My knees are still hurting from yesterday's fun aerobics class, so I skipped the gym. I've had bad knees for a while, but I'd hoped that all the exercise I've been getting would have helped the situation. Evidently not... However, I'll be back in the gym tomorrow. I'm not going to do the weight routine, but I'll ride the bike at a light resistance and a slow speed.

Diet Update

Breakfast 12/6:
South Beach bar
8 oz light yogurt
2 clementines
12 oz milk
8 oz water
20 oz coffee

Lunch 12/6:
2/3 c Lipton Pasta Sides, Stroganoff w/ 3 oz beef
6 oz salad w/ fat free raspberry vinagrette
3 oz carrots
2 clementines
32 oz water

Afternoon Snack 12/6:
3 oz carrots
32 oz water

Dinner 12/6:
Fajita w/ ~4 o chicken, ~4 oz veggies and 1 oz cheese
2/3 c Lipton Sides Mexican Rice
6 oz salad, 3 oz carrots w/ 2 tbsp ranch
12 oz water
