Weight Update

Weight as of 2006/11/27 at 6AM: 195.5

One of the things that McConnell told me to do was monitor my weight daily. I did for a while, but then I just kind of settled in at 192.5 and I got lax. Even when I periodically checked, my weight hadn't changed, so I mostly stopped checking. Until this morning.

I've been lazy, and have made some poor food choices lately. I've also been lazy with my exercise, and it's starting to really show. So, it's time to jump back on the wagon and get serious about my weight again.
