Afternoon Snack:
Apple
12 oz tea
20 oz water
Dinner:
1/2 turkey and bacon wrap (about 3 oz meat)
2 cups salad w/italian dressing
tomato/mozz salad, about 6 oz total
8 oz OJ
Evening Snack:
1/3 bag of popcorn (it took all the willpower I have to not eat the whole darned bag)
